QK65 PE foam

Cross-linked PE foam for the QK 65 by Owlabs / QwertyKeys.

Supports the R1 ANSI layout with both stepped and regular caps and the R2 non-BT HS ANSI PCB.  Does not support all the layouts supported by the solder PCB, or the R2 bluetooth PCB.
